About the Role

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Personal Care Workers. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing holistic, client-focused care in line with each client's tailored care plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality personal care services, including personal hygiene, toileting, nutrition, mobility, and more.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless delivery of client-specific care.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and team members to ensure a positive experience.
  • Support clients with light housekeeping duties to promote independence.
  • Maintain accurate daily client notes and report any concerns to the RN/Care Manager.
Qualifications
  • Cert III in Aged Care/Disability (or equivalent).
  • Current Senior First Aid [HLTAID011], CPR [HLTAID009] and Manual Handling [HLTWHS005].
  • A roadworthy and insured vehicle with a current driver's licence.
  • Federal Police Clearance (within the last 6 months).
