We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking people leader to drive strategic excellence and deliver exceptional customer support in our aftermarket operations.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be a hands-on individual with extensive knowledge and experience working in the earth moving or mining industry, seeking creative ways to develop the Komatsu brand in new markets. Your key result areas will fall in the management of operations, people, HSE and financials.

As a Branch Manager at Komatsu Australia, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer service. You will lead a team of professionals in managing our aftermarket operations, ensuring that we maintain a strong market presence and exceed client expectations.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, cost reduction, and process improvements. You will also work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and effective communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A trade background with knowledge of Komatsu machinery will be highly regarded.
  • A strong business and financial acumen.
  • Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and exceeding client expectations.
  • An effective communicator with the ability to present, and delegate.
  • Experienced working with Dynamics AX and SAP would be beneficial.
