Customer Success Director ANZ

Okta is seeking an experienced Customer Success Director to lead our ANZ team. As a key member of our Customer Success organization, you will be responsible for driving customer success and growth in the ANZ region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Customer Success Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive customer growth.
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Product, to ensure alignment and drive customer success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze customer health and sentiment to identify areas for improvement and drive customer success initiatives.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in customer success, sales, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of driving customer success and growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience working with cloud-based software and SaaS solutions.
