Senior Restaurant Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to lead our team and deliver a premium restaurant experience.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership skills, the ability to build a culture of exceptional service, and drive positive morale in a fast-paced environment.

  • The Senior Restaurant Manager will be responsible for coordinating and managing day-to-day operations, leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience.
  • They will be a calming influence amid pressure, with the ability to sustain and drive positive morale creating a culture that people want to be a part of.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills, along with a high level of organisation, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A flexible approach to adapting to guest requests and the necessary skills to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
  • An RSA certificate and a passion for food and sharing your 'food stories' with patrons.

About the Role

The Senior Restaurant Manager will oversee the delivery of à la carte breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as in-room dining and conference & events services.

They will work closely with the team to enhance the guest experience every day and drive business growth through exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
