Join a luxury restaurant as an Executive Chef, where you'll lead the culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. You will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, mentoring staff, and upholding high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with senior chefs to align culinary standards and drive innovation

  • A flexible approach to working across a rotating roster, including nights and weekends – perfect for those who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Certificate III or above in Commercial Cookery
