Pearl + Co is looking for a new manager to join the team.

Located on the Hobart waterfront, Pearl + Co is a fabulous multi award-winning bar and restaurant.

At Pearl + Co you can enjoy a full a la carte dining experience, a light snack, or just a beautiful cocktail or local wine.

We are looking for a manager who can drive our vision, uphold our standards, and ensure every guest is welcomed to enjoy a beautiful experience at Pearl + Co.

As a member of the Pearl + Co management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team of Bar and Waitstaff during your shifts, and managing all aspects of service.

Every day is different but the key aspects of the role include:

  • Having an eye for detail across all aspects of service.
  • Upholding our exceptional standards while maintaining efficient operations and smooth service flow.
  • Reacting quickly and professionally to any challenges during service.
  • Managing staffing levels and labour cost while on shift.
  • Performing all required operational duties including stock management, pre and post service briefings, opening and closing the venue, financial reporting and overseeing compliance in all areas of accountability

We are looking for a manager who will:

Minimum 2 years management/supervisory experience in a Bar/Restaurant is essential.

Bar/Cocktail experience is advantageous.
