Peppina, Hobart's signature restaurant, is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join its vibrant team. As a key member of the management staff, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service delivery and maintaining high standards of quality and hospitality.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of food and beverage products, including sustainable practices and wine knowledge
  • Lead and train teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Coordinate front-of-house operations, including reservations, seating, and table management

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience in supervisory or leadership roles within restaurants or hotels
  • Genuine interest in food and beverage products, with a focus on sustainability and wine knowledge
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead teams
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
