This is an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Bar Supervisor or Bar Manager to join our front of house team at Aløft Restaurant.

The successful applicant will have an unpretentious attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to work as part of a team.

Applicants must be able to demonstrate:

  • Be able to deliver a warm and friendly service and a welcoming environment to all customers. A number of customers being locals returning for an exceptional dining experience.
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar dining setting.
  • Passion for small batch producers
  • Creativity to curate a cocktail list with the food and style of the restaurant
  • Manage stock inventory and ordering
  • Must be friendly, motivated, have ability to multi task, have good organisational skills and be able to time manage.
  • You will be available to work all restaurant services Tuesday to Saturday & the occasional function that may fall on a Sunday or Monday.
