Job Title: Regional Quality Assurance Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Regional Quality Assurance Manager. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the management and supervision of our Quality Assurance System with the objective of retaining customer food safety and quality standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance and food safety, with experience in managing quality systems, conducting internal audits, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Coordinating with other functions to develop and improve food safety and quality management systems
  • Responsible for driving KPI targets set for Food Safety and Quality in the Oceania region
  • Ensuring all direct and indirect reports achieve KPI's set for Food Safety and Quality in the Oceania region
  • Conducting and reporting on outcomes of internal audits to the management team
  • Liaising with governmental agencies regarding food safety related compliance topics

Required qualifications and skills include:

  • Minimum Bachelor degree of Food Science/Technology (or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years' QA and Food Safety experience
  • Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Manager and/or Regional Quality Assurance Manager in a similar environment
  • Project management experience would be highly regarded
