Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning services delivered to primary and secondary schools across the region meet high-quality standards and comply with contractual obligations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking regular site audits, conducting cleaning site reviews, and assessing service quality against contractual agreements and regulatory requirements. You will also be required to evaluate on-site compliance behaviors, support site teams in learning and development, and escalate any non-conformances to relevant managers.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. A clear understanding of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) legislation, regulations, and codes of practice is essential.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an environment that requires a focus on quality, compliance, and safety. You will also need to hold or be able to obtain a New South Wales police clearance within 3 months of issue and already hold or be able to pass a NSW Working with Children Check.

Responsibilities:
