Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Senior Business Analyst.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders to refine customer requirements, define business objectives, and coordinate end-to-end business process design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in traditional waterfall and agile project delivery, as well as proficiency in various tools and methodologies.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Business Requirements Definition: Ensure that business needs are accurately identified and delivered, contributing to efficient end-to-end business operations.
  • Delivery of Business Processes: Refine customer use cases, define business objectives, and track the delivery of requirements.
  • Process Improvement Initiatives: Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance business efficiency.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in ICT/Telecommunications.
  • Prior experience in E2E Business Analyst roles in large and complex programs.
  • Familiarity with Mobile, Fixed Carriage, ICT, IOT Products, and Enterprise Business systems and processes.
  • Proficiency in Business Analysis toolset and templates (BRS, RTM, Jira, Jira Align, Confluence, Visio, Excel).
