About the Project
  • This project manager position will oversee civil infrastructure projects, manage contractors and staff, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Project & Asset Management: Ensure timely project delivery and oversee the maintenance of civil infrastructure.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
  • Compliance & Safety: Adhere to WHS regulations and implement risk management strategies.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Manage RFQs, oversee vendor processes, and write scopes of work.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: A degree in Civil Engineering or related field is highly regarded.
  • Experience: 4+ years in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, or local government projects.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of WHS regulations, contract management, and civil infrastructure.
  • Bonus: Local government experience is seen as a major advantage.
  • Must have: A valid Class C driver's license.
