About the Position
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing civil infrastructure projects, managing contractors and staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, writing scopes of work and procurement processes.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Oversee the maintenance of civil infrastructure and ensure timely project delivery.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise on-site staff and contractors, ensuring safety and performance standards are met.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to WHS regulations and implement risk management strategies.
  • Procurement & Contract Management: Write scopes of work, manage RFQs, and oversee vendor processes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders.

About You

  • You should have qualifications in Civil Engineering or a related field, with at least 4 years of experience in civil construction, infrastructure maintenance, or local government projects.
  • You should possess leadership skills to manage teams, contractors, and multiple projects.
  • You should have a strong understanding of WHS regulations, contract management, and civil infrastructure.
