Stormwater Engineer Design Position

The role is responsible for contributing to the creation of sustainable stormwater infrastructure and catchment management across a designated area.

Job Description

This position involves designing and implementing stormwater management systems, working closely with other engineers and stakeholders to ensure effective solutions are implemented. The role also involves collaborating with other teams to achieve overall project goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in stormwater engineering with a focus on water-sensitive urban design
  • Demonstrated experience in managing financial budgets and forecasting
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation and regulations
  • Experience with GIS packages, Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and water engineering applications such as DRAINS, HEC-RAS, XP-RAFTS, TUFLOW, and MUSIC
