We are seeking a skilled Product Training Specialist to coordinate, deliver and continuously improve technical training across Australia for our brands.
- This role involves delivering product and technical training courses that meet set learning objectives on time and efficiently.
- Maintaining equipment and facilities to ensure a safe working environment is also crucial.
- Collaboration with the training team is essential to ensure alignment and up-to-date administration support.
- Booking training courses and resources in a timely manner will optimize resource utilization.
- Maximizing occupancy in training courses will drive business efficiency.
- Maintaining awareness of industry trends will help develop impactful training strategies.
This specialist will be based in our Mulgrave Training Academy and work collaboratively as part of a passionate team.
The successful candidate will contribute to ongoing technical development of staff within our independent dealer network.
Daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering high-quality training sessions.
- Maintaining accurate records and reports.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Developing and implementing effective training strategies.
