About the role

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, the Product Training & Trade Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in driving the success of the electronics portfolio. Empowering retail partners with deep product knowledge and supporting trade marketing initiatives, the appointee will deliver engaging and technically sound training sessions that simplify complex features and highlight key benefits. Building strong relationships and collaborating with retailers the role will elevate in-store brand presence and lead the development and implementation of impactful point-of-sales materials, training materials, merchandising guidelines, and display standards across Australia and New Zealand, maximising brand visibility and sales impact.

About you

You are an established product training and trade marketing specialist within the consumer electronics industry, with demonstrated experience building strong business relationships with retail partners, and strong technical ability to translate complex product features into clear and engaging training materials. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, an enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive approach, and proven experience leading the development of creative innovative marketing materials and strategies to grow the brand's footprint in retail environments.
