The primary responsibility of the Enterprise Training Specialist is to deliver high-quality training programs that cater to the diverse needs of clients across various software platforms. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing roles and a strong understanding of SaaS platforms.

  • Develop and deliver engaging training sessions for clients, both online and in-person, focusing on enterprise-level programs and multiple software platforms.">
  • Manage the full training lifecycle, from new enterprise clients to running structured webinars and fulfilling paid training requests, ensuring maximum value delivery to clients.">
  • Act as a trusted solutions expert, providing tailored training sessions to clients across various platforms and helping them achieve their business objectives.">
  • Lead structured training across multiple platforms, including Box and Dice, Vault (Commercial, Projects, FMS), Agora Insights, and Secure Sign.">
  • Manage monthly update webinars and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to deliver current and relevant content.">
  • Handle all paid training engagements and ensure these are completed to a high standard across supported platforms.">
  • Execute and maintain process workflows related to training delivery to ensure consistency and quality.">
  • Coordinate onboarding and long-term training programs for enterprise clients, supporting their growth and success.">
