Main Responsibilities:
  • Operational Management: Delivering projects to achieve optimal results while maintaining a safe working environment, cost-effective delivery, and high-quality outcomes as per tender requirements.
  • Budget Preparation: Contributing to the development of operational project budgets and plans that align with current standards.
  • Business Performance Oversight: Reviewing business performance and providing recommendations for improvement and growth.
  • Contract Planning: Assisting with contract planning and managing resources required for successful project execution.
  • Risk Identification: Reviewing contract documents and drawings prior to work commencement to identify potential risks and opportunities.
Key Qualifications:
  • A degree in Engineering or Project Management with relevant industry experience.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects.
  • Demonstrated capability in business/project management roles at similar levels.
  • Experience in budget preparation and financial review.
