Infrastructure Project Manager

This role is a great opportunity to work on one of Australia's largest energy infrastructure projects, HumeLink. As the project manager, you will be responsible for managing costs and ensuring that the project is delivered on time.
The project involves the delivery of new 500kV double circuit transmission lines spanning approximately 140km from Wagga Wagga Substation to a new substation at Gugaa. You will work closely with the project team to establish and monitor project baseline budgets, produce regular end of month cost reports, and maintain risk registers to include change impacts.
To be successful in this role, you will have a strong focus on cost trending and forecasting, and be able to provide effective communication, negotiation, and influencing skills. You will also have experience with cost management tools such as Excel, SAP, Power Bi, SharePoint, and JDE.
Key Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in business, commercial, engineering, finance or similar
- Minimum 5 years' practical experience on major infrastructure projects
- Experience with cost management tools (Excel, SAP, Power Bi, SharePoint, JDE)
