Opportunity Overview:

The Territory Manager is a key leadership role responsible for driving and maximizing ENT sales within the Southern New South Wales territory.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop in-depth product knowledge and implement effective selling strategies to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
  • Provide comprehensive product training to customers, ensuring successful implementation of products
  • Maintain strong relationships with Local Key Opinion Leaders
  • Catalyze product launches by effectively supporting the global marketing plan
  • Ensure timely submission of monthly sales activity reports
  • Communicate forecast changes to management in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Possess tertiary qualifications in a health science discipline or a Bachelor's Degree with a focus on Business/Marketing
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of success in the operating room environment
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen, analytical skills, and reporting capabilities
