Key Account Manager - ENT

As a Key Account Manager for the ENT product line, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and maximizing revenue within your assigned territory. Your primary goal will be to develop and execute strategies that meet or exceed agreed-upon sales targets.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers, including surgeons, head nurses, directors, procurement officers, and clinical leads.

  • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of the ENT product line, its applications, competition, and pricing strategies.
  • Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and training to customers on the use and implementation of our products.
  • Local KOL Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with local key opinion leaders (KOLs) to promote our products and services.
  • Product Launches: Collaborate with global marketing teams to launch new products, ensuring successful market entry and maximum market penetration.
