ENT Territory Sales Lead

This role involves driving sales growth for ENT products within the designated Southern New South Wales territory. You will need to maximize revenue by building strong relationships with surgeons, head nurses, and other key decision-makers.


Responsibilities:
  • Develop product knowledge and implement effective selling strategies to meet agreed sales targets.
  • Instruct customers on product information required for successful implementation.
  • Support Local Key Opinion Leader (KOL) relationships.
  • Promote new product launches in line with the global marketing strategy.
  • Submit regular sales activity reports and ensure timely forecast changes are communicated to management.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualifications in a health science discipline or Bachelor's Degree with a focus in Business/Marketing.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in the operating room environment.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
