We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our team in Melton District. As a key member of our Brigade, you will provide administrative support to enhance the Brigade's viability and service to the community.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate daily administrative duties as required by the Brigade Management Team to provide support to volunteers responsible for delivering services to the community
- Provide support with general administrative requirements, including word processing, records management, and accounting
- Assist with recruitment and retention of volunteer members of the brigade as required by the Brigade Management Team
- Provide Brigade Management Team with assistance in relation to correspondence, arranging activities, and meetings
We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, who can develop and maintain relationships and manage expectations across multiple stakeholders.
