**The Opportunity**
We are seeking a vibrant, positive person to provide a comprehensive and high level program support role for the Immunisation Team and outstanding customer service to immunisations clients of Melton City Council.
To be successful you need to be enthusiastic, adaptable, able to work independently and in a team environment. The position will report directly to Maternal Child Health Team Leader Programs
**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide administration support and schedule and deliver the immunisation sessions in accordance with the Department of Health.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of vaccination schedules according to the National Immunisation Program (NIP).
- Accurately record and collate data from all sources for the purpose of maintaining accurate medical records.
- Actively participate in strategic partnerships, stakeholder relationships and process reviews to improve service outcomes.

**About you**
**_ To be successful in this role you will have the following:_**
- Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or lesser formal qualifications with work skills and relevant experience in medical administration.
- Have well developed written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Capacity to relate effectively to a diverse range of families, communities and professionals in a constantly changing environment.
- Current valid Victorian driver’s licence.
- Must hold or be able to obtain an Employee Working with Children Check.
