Senior Town Planner – Northern side of Sydney
$140,000 – $160,000 package | Education & Major Projects | Collaborative Culture
Join a specialist planning consultancy delivering complex, high-value projects across NSW. Based 30 mins North of Sydney, you'll play a key role in securing planning approvals for landmark developments in the education and various other sectors.

Your key responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end statutory approvals process for major projects
- Prepare and review planning reports, submissions, and strategies
- Liaise with councils, government agencies, and stakeholders to achieve project outcomes
- Advise clients on planning risks, timelines, and compliance
- Mentor junior planners and support their career development
What we're looking for:
- Degree in Urban & Regional Planning (or similar)
- 5+ years' statutory planning experience in NSW
- Strong knowledge of the Environmental Planning & Assessment Act and relevant SEPPs
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timeframes
