About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rural Products Sales Representative to join our close-knit team on a permanent, full-time basis.

As an Elders Rural Products Sales Representative, your expertise in agricultural products and exceptional customer service skills will enable you to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities for them to grow their business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, recommending Elders' range of agricultural products and services to strengthen their business growth
  • Proactively source new business opportunities to achieve KPIs and targets
  • Support inventory management, including stocktake and dispatch
  • Process sales and perform sales quotes

About You

  • You are comfortable and thrive in a collaborative working environment
  • You are passionate about making a real impact for both your clients and your community
  • You have, or are eager to learn, technical knowledge of seasonal and rural products to support clients
  • Ideally, you have a proven track record in sales, including retail skills, however we will invest in the growth of candidates looking to start their career in agriculture
  • You have the ability to provide a high level of customer service and cultivate relationships with current and future clients
  • You have a driver's license. A forklift license would be an advantage, however we can support you to obtain one.
