We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team at Westpac Bank. As a key member of our branch, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, promoting our banking products and services to meet customer needs.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored solutions.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve sales and customer service targets, sharing knowledge and best practices.
