About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Support Officer to join our team at Elders Rural on a permanent, full-time basis.

As a Sales Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the sales team. With a strong focus on building relationships and driving sales growth, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve their goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert administrative support to the sales team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and enabling the team to focus on high-value activities.
  • Support the sales process, including data entry, document preparation, and communication with clients.
  • Develop and implement promotional materials to enhance the Elders Rural brand and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Assist with expense management and financial reporting to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
