About the Role
We're seeking a skilled and motivated Field Representative to join our Retail Select Team and provide exceptional service to our customers at Bunnings store in Alice Springs. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for delivering in-store visual merchandising services, supporting and training our sales teams, and providing a best-in-class shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Order, merchandise, and stock products, including manual handling
- Maintain in-store displays and ensure products are priced and ticketed correctly
- Assist with major planogram initiatives

Requirements
- Previous sales and merchandising experience in retail and hardware (desirable but not essential)
- Self-motivated with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and own vehicle
