Are you a sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're looking for a skilled Partner Development Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a Partner Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving the development of a strong Lightspeed Partner community in the Asia-Pacific region, focusing on retail and hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the development of strategic partnerships to drive business growth and strengthen Lightspeed's brand in APAC.
  • Shape and execute partnership development strategies, identifying and prospecting new partners aligned with Lightspeed's goals.
  • Manage partner outreach, including website leads and industry event connections, to expand the partner network.
  • Oversee partner onboarding, training, integration, and go-to-market strategies, from contract negotiation to implementation.
  • Evaluate and drive market share growth, increase brand awareness, and boost sales for Lightspeed products.
  • Provide regular reporting and forecasting to keep leadership and partners informed.

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience in software sales, with a bonus for retail or restaurant software experience.
  • Proven experience in prospecting and outbound sales, from initiating discovery meetings to negotiating contracts and onboarding.
  • Ability to manage strategic relationships across various levels of organizations, including product, technology, support, and business.
  • Good understanding of partner channel dynamics, from strategy to sales and implementation.
