At the Royal Flying Doctor Service, we are committed to delivering high-quality patient care in rural and remote Australia. Our team of skilled professionals is dedicated to providing emergency road, aeromedical, and primary health services to those in need.

We are currently seeking experienced Ambulance Attendants, Registered Nurses, and Paramedics to join our team as casual flexible positions in Morwell. If you share our passion for patient care and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.

The ideal candidate will have a Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance), Bachelor of Health Science (Paramedic), or equivalent qualification, and a minimum of 400 hours operational stretcher experience under the direct supervision of a clinical instructor. You will also need to hold a FULL Victorian Drivers licence and be available to work across a 7-day 24 hour roster with 10 & 12 hour shifts.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing patient assessments and interventions on-road, providing high-quality patient care and treatment during transport, and developing positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders. You will also be required to maintain an understanding of RFDS MPC policies and procedures and NEPT regulations to support best practice and patient outcomes.
