At the Royal Flying Doctor Service, we're dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in rural and remote Australia. As a Compassionate Patient Transport Specialist, you'll play a vital role in delivering high-quality transport services to those who need it most.
The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma of Paramedical Science (Ambulance) or equivalent qualification, with experience working in non-emergency patient transport. You'll be skilled in performing patient assessments and interventions on-road, providing high-quality patient care and treatment during transport, and developing positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus generous penalties and overtime allowances. You'll also have access to salary packaging for all employees, including casuals, and enjoy a less stressful environment than in emergency/pre-hospital care.
As a valued member of our team, you'll have opportunities for professional growth, supportive organisational culture, and a chance to work across specialist resources such as high-acuity, complex patient care vehicles, and with our Non-Emergency Patient Transport aeromedical team.
