Real Estate Administration Specialist

Role Overview
The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This includes coordinating end-to-end sales administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and managing multiple priorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sales administrative tasks, including appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity;
- Manage diaries to ensure maximum efficiency for team workflow;
- Coordinate bookings, materials, and proofing with absolute accuracy;
- Manage email and agenda creation for team meetings;
- Perform general tasks as requested by the Lead Agent;
- Manage database integrity, including contact, calendar, and task management;
- Provide weekly vendor reports for agents' listings;
- Liaise with clients to provide memorable customer service experiences.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-functioning real estate administration role is desirable;
- A solution-focused approach with the drive to execute independently;
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
- Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;
- QLD Registration Certificate is advantageous.
