Role Overview

The Sales Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process. This includes coordinating end-to-end sales administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and managing multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate sales administrative tasks, including appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activity;
  • Manage diaries to ensure maximum efficiency for team workflow;
  • Coordinate bookings, materials, and proofing with absolute accuracy;
  • Manage email and agenda creation for team meetings;
  • Perform general tasks as requested by the Lead Agent;
  • Manage database integrity, including contact, calendar, and task management;
  • Provide weekly vendor reports for agents' listings;
  • Liaise with clients to provide memorable customer service experiences.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a high-functioning real estate administration role is desirable;
  • A solution-focused approach with the drive to execute independently;
  • Exceptional organisation and time management skills;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Possess exceptional computer skills in database operation and Microsoft Office package;
  • QLD Registration Certificate is advantageous.
