The successful candidate will have previous experience in a support role within the industry, with exceptional attention to detail, organisational skills, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, flexible, and able to adapt to the varied demands of the real estate industry.

You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, coordinating multiple tasks and responsibilities, including:

  • Administration functions to support appraisal, listing, marketing, and sales activities;
  • Managing marketing bookings and materials, ensuring absolute accuracy;
  • Database management, including entry integrity, contact, calendar, and task management;
  • Managing listing campaigns;
  • Providing weekly vendor reports for agent listings;
  • Self-managing daily tasks; and
  • Providing professional communication to clients and delivering a positive end-to-end experience.
Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will need to possess:

  • Previous experience in a support role within the real estate industry (preferably);
  • The ability to adapt to the varying demands of the industry;
  • Exceptional attention to detail;
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills;
  • Strong communication skills;
  • Professional presentation;
