We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at PCL Constructors Pacific Rim PTY Ltd. in New South Wales. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Lead and manage project teams, including engineers, architects, and contractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Coordinate and manage project communications, including stakeholder engagement and reporting.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, including developing and implementing risk management plans.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deliverables are met.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive construction experience, with leadership and mentoring experience preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in implementing a strong safety culture, including application of health, safety, and environment principles and legislation.
- In-depth knowledge of construction industry, including building materials, construction specifications, methods, and procedures, construction law, and building codes.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills, including ability to manage project budgets and schedules.
- Ability to identify and manage project risks and opportunities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, project management, and scheduling software, with a strong aptitude for adopting new technology.
