**Job Summary:**

  • Maintenance and Repairs: Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout our properties, including carpentry, patching, painting, cabinetry and general repairs.
  • Minor Construction: Assist with minor construction projects as needed, such as installing shelves, cabinets, or fixtures.
  • Cleaning: Be willing and able to assist with cleaning tasks when necessary, such as cleaning common areas or vacant units.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve maintenance issues promptly.
  • Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as a Handyman or related field.
  • Strong skills in patching, carpentry, painting, and repair work.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Valid driver's license.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience in cleaning tasks.
  • Knowledge of property management practices.
