  • Maintain a safe and welcoming learning environment by setting up and packing down equipment with precision.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and students to enhance services and promote student success.
  • Support students in achieving their goals through personalized guidance and encouragement.
  • Promote leisure center programs and training opportunities to existing and prospective members, driving membership growth and engagement.

About You: While experience is beneficial, we prioritize relevant training and qualifications. A qualified Swim Instructor with AUSTSWIM/SCTA (or willingness to obtain) and current NSW WWCC are required, along with Senior First Aid & CPR certification.
