Education and Experience Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of our outdoor education programs.

  • Coordinate bookings, activities, field studies, and school holiday programs
  • Develop and implement education programs that align with curriculum requirements
  • Manage client relationships and ensure high-quality communication and delivery
  • Support marketing strategies to grow participation and expand offerings
  • Assist with staff rostering, training, and mentoring
  • Oversee administration, including budget management, invoicing, and reporting
  • Evaluate and maintain safety, compliance, and quality standards across all programs
  • Support staff in developing skills in outdoor recreation activities

This role requires strong administrative and planning skills, a background in education (teaching, curriculum design, or outdoor learning), experience in outdoor recreation activities, strategic thinking, and business growth mindset. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are also essential.
