We are seeking an exceptional Data Platforms Leader to join our team at Westpac Group. As a Data Platforms Leader, you will play a key role in leading the required Platform and Framework related delivery utilizing the Teradata Datawarehouse Platform.

The successful candidate will have strong experience working with data capabilities in an Agile framework environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to deal with competing priorities.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving planning, backlog management, and engagement with Line of Businesses Head Of/Service Owners/Partner resources. You will also collaborate with Large Programs and key stakeholders, manage the delivery across several internal teams, and provide visibility of deliverables to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working with data migration solutions, patterns, and Data Governance, as well as experience in planning and estimation process. Strong interpersonal skills, matrix organisation skills, and the ability to make sense of how business units work together are also essential.

With a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, you will be empowered to shape your career path through personalised upskilling, mentoring, and training opportunities.
