Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Product Lead to join our dynamic team, focusing on our Data Platforms. This role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to align product development with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with Data, Engineering, Marketing, Category Management, and Finance teams to drive product development.
  • Work with data scientists, analysts, and agile development teams to design, define, document, and implement features for web applications, business infrastructure, and data structures.
  • Experience in using SQL, data models, and databases is essential.
  • Set a measurable, outcome-oriented, and customer-centric product strategy and direction for multiple initiatives.
  • Develop a product roadmap that meets customer needs and business objectives.
  • Ensure your team has the necessary skills to deliver the roadmap while scaling expertise to grow with the company.
  • Foster a culture of continuous growth and learning within the organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive Product Management experience, specifically with Data Platforms.
  • Experience in using SQL, data models, and databases.
  • Proven track record of collaborating and leading Product teams to deliver complex roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
