About this opportunity

We are seeking an experienced MLOPS Support Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality data-driven platform solutions. In this role, you will be part of a team of engineers who are passionate about using the latest technologies to solve complex data-centric problems.

Your key responsibilities

- Provide production support for our Big Data platforms, leveraging your expertise in ETL tools and containerization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver ETL solutions for critical platforms in the Chief Data Office.
- Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive high-quality outcomes and minimize risks.

What we are looking for

- Proven experience in ETL tools, production support, and containerization of Big Data platforms.
- Strong skills in build, deploy, release management, and Linux/Unix.
- Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders and technical leadership groups.
- Passion to learn new skills and a positive 'can-do' attitude.
