Corporate Affairs Opportunity

We are currently seeking an experienced Corporate Affairs Administrator to manage ASIC and ATO documents, information and lodgements. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in public practice administration, specifically within the ASIC/Corporate Affairs area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the Australian Business Register for clients
  • Liaise with ASIC and other external stakeholders
  • Maintain and manage corporate registers
  • Registering and deregistering companies and trusts
  • Manage ASIC review requirements
  • Liaise with clients regarding corporate matters

The Requirements:

  • Prior experience working in public practice administration, specifically within the ASIC/Corporate Affairs area
  • Experience with MYOB, XERO or BGL CAS would be highly regarded
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate, but also happy to work autonomously
  • Positive attitude & organised
