In this busy Corporate Affairs Manager role key responsibilities include -
Driving the creation and execution of internal and external communications strategies and plans
Developing senior leadership communications across digital and social media, webcasts, videos and town halls.
Writing communications across various channels from conceptualisation to publication, ensuring consistency with the organisations brand identity.
Providing advice and support to business leaders on communication matters, including risks and thought leadership opportunities.
Working closely with the business to identify opportunities for innovative and engaging delivery of content.
Developing internal communication content including supporting change management communications plans.
To be successful in this role you will need the following -
- Tertiary qualifications in communications, journalism or related areas
- 5+ years experience in corporate/internal communications, media relations and/or journalism and proven expertise in Corporate Affairs
- Experience working with senior leadership and executives to provide communication counsel and act as trusted a resource.
- The ability to oversee and execute multiple projects simultaneously while working effectively under the pressure of last-minute deadlines and changing priorities
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills
- Experience with communications measurement systems, analytics, intranet platforms, content management systems, and other technologies designed to support communication strategies.
