
Event Management Professional

We are seeking an experienced Event Management Professional to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our events operations team, you will be responsible for driving banquet and meetings sales, exceeding targets, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be working closely with the Director of Sales & Marketing to drive sales growth and exceed revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities- Take enquiries and convert them into sales
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Support conference and events operational teams on event days
- Review client satisfaction levels and monitor productivity and revenue goals
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Experience in Conference & Events Sales and a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Understanding of Hotel Property Management Systems (PMS)
