**Event Management Professional**

We are seeking a skilled Event Management Professional to assist in the successful execution of functions and events.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to solve problems and improve quality and service
- Collaborate with the team to execute various events for customers
- Develop strong relationships with customers by understanding their preferences and needs
- Provide exceptional quality and consistent service throughout the event
- Contribute to achieving business goals and objectives as set out by management
- Lead the team to work efficiently, ensuring perfect execution from setup to pack down

**Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and supportive skills
- Experience with rostering and people development
- Excellent customer service focus and professional personality
- Exceptional attention to detail and positive attitude
- High presentation and grooming standards and excellent people management skills
