  • Collaborate closely with the broader team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and exceed expectations.
  • Oversee end-to-end claims, refunds, and cancellation management with precision.
  • Deliver timely reporting, including monthly reconciliation, to ensure transparent financial performance.
Requirements
  • Natural problem solver with an analytical mindset.
  • Proven skills in numbers and previous experience in claims, collections, or finance.
  • Exceptional communication and customer management skills, with ability to adapt to diverse situations.
  • Strong numerical understanding, working effectively with the Finance team.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and handling sensitive guest-facing situations.
