About This Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused professional to join our team as a Car Rental Specialist.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers at the rental counter. You will need to actively listen to their needs, review our various add-ons and services, and communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively.

You will also be required to complete rental bookings in a timely and accurate manner, answer customer questions, and provide solutions to any issues that may arise.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, sales, and administration.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • A full and valid Australian driver's licence
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
