Job Description

We are seeking a Retail and Rental Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our mountain bike retail shop.

The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills and experience in sales, as well as proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and inventory software. A background in tourism is also highly valued.

This role involves working closely with our MTB Retail & Rental Supervisor to ensure efficient processing of retail and rental stock. You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge of new products and researching trends to propose innovative ideas to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities include:
  • • Assisting with daily operations of the MTB retail shop

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • • Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and inventory software
    • 2+ years experience in mountain bike retail or wholesale sales
    • Strong customer service skills
