We are seeking an individual to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, interacting with customers at the rental counter and completing rental bookings.

You will establish customer car rental needs by actively listening, review our various add-ons and services to determine what may best suit the customer, communicate rental procedures and guidelines effectively, complete rental bookings in a timely and efficient manner, and answer customer questions and inquiries.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  2. Demonstrate knowledge of our products and services to ensure seamless customer experiences
  3. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and productivity

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A full and valid Australian driver's license
  • Availability to work a rotating roster (including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)
  • Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable using computer systems to manage bookings and rental information
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
