We are looking for a candidate with demonstrated claims management experience in a complex customer service environment. You will possess the ability to optimise business value by delivering high-quality services and positive customer experiences. Additionally, you will have technical knowledge of relevant insurance lines and associated legislation, as well as high attention to detail and technical proficiency with systems, software, databases, and communication tools.
